NOVA – Therapeutic Group for Women After Separation
Separation from a partner is a significant psychological crisis, often accompanied by intense emotions and a loss of stability. The process of adaptation requires time, support, and space to rebuild one’s sense of self and future.
For: Women currently experiencing a separation or after the end of a relationship.
Group Goals
- Providing a supportive space for expressing emotions
- Receiving understanding and encouragement from others in similar circumstances
- Developing emotional regulation and coping skills
- Rebuilding self-worth and trust in oneself
- Restoring motivation and strength to begin a new chapter in life
