SST - Social Skills Training for Adolescents and Adults
Social Skills Training is a structured therapeutic-educational program focused on enhancing social, emotional, and communication competencies. The sessions aim to support effective interpersonal functioning and increase confidence in social situations.
For: Adolescents and adults who experience:
√ difficulties in interpersonal relationships
√ social withdrawal and loneliness
√ low self-esteem and fear of criticism
√ excessive stress in social situations
√ difficulty expressing their needs and setting boundaries
Training Goals
- Developing the ability to recognize and name emotions
- Learning strategies for managing difficult emotions
- Improving verbal and non-verbal communication
- Strengthening conflict-resolution skills
- Increasing assertiveness and confidence in interpersonal settings
